Tru Grit Fitness Gym chalk is made using the same tried-and-true recipe used by rock climbers. Our magnesium carbonate gym chalk can withstand any workout, weight room, or EMOM. Grit Chalk is high-performance chalk that absorbs moisture and does not dissolve or cake on your hands. For your convenience and to keep costs down, our Grit Gym Chalk is packaged in two blocks.
Protects hands while regular inspection lifts such as snatches, swinging movements such as muscle-ups and kips, and rough surfaces such as ropes. Our gym chalks are great for grabbing onto bars during intense weightlifting, as well as for usage on bars and gymnastics rings to improve stability and security. CrossFit, powerlifting, gymnastics, and rock climbing are all good options.
