Flat Foot Dynamic Rack

The rack itself is great and well-made, but removing a star for 2 reasons:

(1) The hole diameter changes pretty high up, and the J-hook only fits the larger holes (which start higher up than the smaller-diameter holes) - I'm not tall but not extraordinarily short either and the larger holes (where the J-hook fits) was too high for me to bench. If you want to bench and you don't have really long arms you're going to have to buy an extra 5/8" diameter J-hook from a third party. You can kind of see this when looking at the pictures, but there are also some pictures that make it look like you can bench with it out-of-the-box and that isn't necessarily true, for me at least.
(2) The fabrication of the support pieces left circular metal coin-shaped pieces inside the welded area that were annoying when moving the pieces around, along with thousands of little metal spherical pieces (like small ball-bearings) that got everywhere when I was putting it together. I had to vacuum the room 3-4 times to get them all, and it was a huge hassle. I was able to get the circular cutouts out as well but it took some jiggling and wedging through the openings.
Overall a good rack, but definitely some aspects of the experience that wasn't great. Also customer service has a pretty slow turnaround time, and there wasn't great communication around the lead time on the product.

I purchased this cage last year and have used it 3-4 times a week since it arrived. Now it’s become my favorite quarantine purchase. Helped me get my work outs in at home. Somewhat simple to build, however was pretty time consuming if you are by yourself. This was a positive experience.

The rack is great for what it is. You can get a solid work out in. The rack is great for beginners, a garage or basement gym. It’s actually quite light for how sturdy it is. It doesn’t need to be secured to the floor, very stable while using for squats, bench, pull ups.

My boyfriend convinced me to buy it and I can’t believe I went so long without it. It moves very smooth, comes with included oil if needed and was pretty simple to install. I won’t go too into the number of exercises you can do but I now have the problem of too many exercises to do. I highly recommend getting the cable attachment and cannot stress it enough.

Nothing at all..... My birthday gift to me I'm so excited happy,, got my last part. The cage was delivered first and the bench the following day other than that the equipment is great, assembly was easy as for sturdiness and stability.. AWESOME 💯
