What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (CONUS) only. We do not ship internationally at this time. For U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact our customer support team.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be complete and include the original packaging. Email support@trugrit-fitness.com to get an RMA number before sending anything back. See our Return Policy for restocking charges, return shipping, and exceptions.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
