Standard features of this free standing power rack include a pair of our J-Hooks with a 1" diameter center pin, safety spotter bars, 3"x3" steel uprights, 2"x3" steel bases, and lateral support beams. With a footprint of about 48" x 49", this is a small footprint.

Our Phantom Bumper Plates are made of solid virgin rubber to extend the life of your equipment. Recessed stainless steel collar inserts reduce friction when using multiple plates and minimize the risk of the collars popping out under load. The 450mm plate diameter meets the standards of the international weightlifting federation.

Tru Grit collar insets are molded into the plane of the actual plate, allowing for better protection when using multiple plates on the bar, this process also avoids and minimizes the risk of inserts popping out under load. A semi-gloss finish adds a high-quality look and feels to your garage gym or school weight room.
