Designed to meet the IWF standard with recessed collars to reduce friction between each plate and minimize the barbell insert from popping out while under load. Our bumper plates are composed of solid virgin rubber to ensure that your equipment lasts as long as possible. When employing several plates, recessed stainless steel collar inserts prevent friction and the risk of collars coming out under stress. The 450mm plate diameter meets the specifications of the International Weightlifting Federation. The commercial stainless-steel inserts have been precision-tooled and polished to allow the plates to slide easily on the bar.
