Tru Grit Fitness Dumbbells contain a steel core center that is MIG welded to the grip for long-term durability and industrial-grade rubber-encased heads. Our dumbbells include chrome-plated grips that are ergonomically designed to fit any grip type or hand size. Our smaller dumbbells (2.5LB - 10LB) have a 25MM diameter handle, while our larger dumbbells (12.5LB and up) have a 35MM diameter handle.
Our Adjustable Bench offers 12 positions from flat to 85 degrees, and the seat adjusts to make you more durable under load.
